Returns Policy
Pre-Orders are for items that are custom ordered on your behalf. Returns are not allowed.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be returned within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please follow instructions provided below.
Totally Blanks will assume no responsibility for any items after personalization has been made. Please inspect your items before adding any monograms or other alterations to the original form.
Filing a Claim
All orders should be checked immediately with your enclosed packing slip. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged and/or short items, please email totallyblanks@yahoo.com immediately with your order number and issue in the subject line. Please provide pictures in your email showing any issue with the product(s).
All claims must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date to you as posted via the USPS, FED EX or UPS tracking number.
