1) What is a pre-order website?  

A pre-order website is where the Totally Blanks takes orders for items and after the close date, places a bulk order for everyone at one time.

2) What if I order different items in one transaction?

If you order different item soon one transaction, you are only charged shipping for one shipment.  This means all items in that transaction will have to be held until everything arrives at Totally Blanks and then it will ship in one package.

3) Can I get my items shipped faster?

If one item from your transaction arrives earlier than the rest and you need it faster, then Totally Blanks can send you a PayPal invoice for shipping for that item and then it can ship then.

4) How long does it take for items to arrive after I order?

Each item lists a close date.  Totally Blanks will generally place the bulk order the day after the close date.  The estimated time of arrival at Totally Blanks is 3-5 weeks after the order date.

5) Why does it take 3-5 weeks for bulk orders to arrive to Totally Blanks?

Items ordered generally are coming from overseas.  Shipping via a reasonable shipping cost generally takes more time to receive.  This is to keep our merchandise cost as low as possible.

6) What method of shipping does Totally Blanks use?

Totally Blanks ships either by USPS or UPS.  Please be aware that even if you choose USPS, Totally Blanks reserves the right to ship via UPS.  The website can not calculate box size when figuring shipping (only weight).  So once a box exceeds 12 x 12 x 12, the cost via USPS increases dramatically.  Then UPS becomes the more cost effective shipping method.
